DESCRIPTION:Help the RCHA celebrate 40 years of serving North Central WV. We are also celebrating the launch of our YouthBuild Endowment Campaign. YouthBuild is a program within our organization for out of school youth (ages 16-24) to gain job skills through hands-on training and job shadowing\nwhile preparing to take their GED test. With the Endowment Campaign we aim to give the financial support many of our graduates need to pursue higher and or vocational education through scholarship awards. In support and celebration of the Endowment Campaign and our 40th year anniversary\, all proceeds from the 5K will go into the endowment.

DESCRIPTION:Inaugural 5K Turkey Trot and Kid’s Fun Run \nRCHA is excited to host a 5K Turkey Trot and Kids Fun Run in celebration of our 40th year anniversary. All proceeds will go to assist with financial support many of our YouthBuild graduates need to pursue higher and or vocational education through scholarship awards; therefore all proceeds from the race will benefit the endowment.\nThe race will take place on November 16 at the RCHA office and will follow the Rail Trail. Registration starts at 8:30am\, the kids fun run will start at 9:30am\, and the 5K will take off at 10am. Price of participation is $15 for preregistered individuals and $20 to register the day of. Instructions on how to preregister and pay can be found on the registration form.

In her adult years\, she branched out from classical violin\, and began a lifelong adventure as a musical performer in multiple bands spanning from rock-n-roll to honky-tonk.
