SUMMARY:Jackpot Bingo @ Beverly Fire Department
DESCRIPTION:The Beverly Vol. Fire Dept was Chartered April 1966. The present fire house was erected in 1975 on the former Grace P. Strader land. The building has been added on over the years to its present size. \nOur Ladies Auxiliary presently has 15 members who are the base for many of our fund raising events. They are also there to support us during extended times we are on a scene. Come out and play Jackpot Bingo every Monday evening! \nWe are a all volunteer fire dept serving the town of Beverly and the surrounding areas. We have a 65 square mile service area and maintain an ISO rating of 5. Our automatic mutual aid agreements cover almost 70% of the county’s population base. we average around 230 calls yearly. This is combined fire\, rescue and ems assist. \nWe currently has 30 active Fire Fighters\, 14 Lifetime Members\, 12 Social Members and 2 Junior Fire Fighters. \n
