SUMMARY:Roamin' Randolph - The Christmas Edition Lights Displays
DESCRIPTION:A two-week county-wide holiday lights display contest.  There are two categories:  businesses and residences.  Participants will have to register to get on the list and submit a night-time photo of their display.  Each category will have a 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd place winner.
