DESCRIPTION:April 30th at 9:00-11:00am there will be a river clean up in conjunction with Earth Day.\n\n\nPick the area you would be interested in helping…\nDavis Street Bridge. Meet on the side where Lexy’s Bar was.\n11th Street Bridge. Meet at the open lot beside the bridge.\nScott Ford Fishing and Boating Assess area. Meet in the parking area.\n\n\nREAP bags\, gloves and litter grabbers will be provided at each site.\n\n\nIf you don’t have a boat we still need you to walk along the river banks and under bridges to collect trash.\n\n\nShout out to the City Of Elkins for helping with this event. They are lowering the water level to make for easier access to collect litter along the river banks. \n\n\nThere are a few people who have committed to bringing their boats to help collect litter that is difficult to reach from the river banks. Not to mention to help get shopping carts out from the middle of the river.\nThank you Carol Cain Bush for initiating this clean up and for leading one of the groups.\nThank you Maria Bray for leading a group too! I couldn’t do this without you!
