To many\, it is the most festive of all holiday beverages!\nIn this class we will make genuine eggnog from scratch. This nog will be made with raw eggs\, cream\, sugar and spices in the traditional manner.* The nog we make in this class will be nonalcoholic\, but can be supplemented with festive spirits at home (instructions will be given).\nMike Miller is a home cook and longtime eggnog connoisseur living in Elkins\, WV.\nThis class is made possible with support from the Central Appalachian Living Traditions program from Mid Atlantic Arts.\n*Consuming raw eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness
