DESCRIPTION:MASTER NATURALIST GUEST SPEAKERS: The Tygart Valley Master Naturalist Chapter is sponsoring two presentations on Saturday\, Nov. 8. Starting at 9 a.m.\, Kelly Smalley from Save the Tygart Watershed Association will be talking about “Watershed Management.” At 1 p.m.\, Dr. Ed Michael will be talking about his new book “Eagles Over Canaan.” The programs are free and open to the public. Both presentations will be at the Elkins DNR Operational Center at 738 Ward Rd. There will also be information about the WV Master Naturalists program\, (mnofwv.org).
