DESCRIPTION:Spring is always a unique time for us at the Forks\, its a time that reminds us of growing up\, of getting back into the forest and a time for us to take stock in where we came from and where we are now. Growing up in rural West Virginia wasn’t always easy\, but our family always made the best of what we had available. With this Chef’s table we are proud to showcase the food that meant so much to us growing up during this special time of year.
