DESCRIPTION:Join Wonder & Grow for Outdoor Yoga at Glendale Park on Mondays at 5:30 PM (weather permitting)! Classes will be held every Monday until the end of October and will start back up when the winter thaw melts into sunny spring days. \nEach class is accessible to any beginner and includes mindful meditation to begin and end the practice. The first class is free\, and a $10 donation is requested after. \nParticipants are encouraged to bring a mat and water bottle but there are extra mats available. \nWonder & Grow Outdoor Yoga\, 5:30 PM for one hour\, Glendale Park Entrance by the small pavilion across from the parks and rec building.
