DESCRIPTION:Join us for an unforgettable evening on Saturday\, December 20\, from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with Pam Roberts & Joe Sabatino! \nPam Roberts is a guitarist\, singer\, and songwriter who resides in Elkins\, WV. She’s been playing and performing for many years in such groups as Blues Fuse\, The Elktones\, Pam Roberts Trio\, as well as several duos in West Virginia and Virginia. She enjoys playing old jazz standards with their colorful chords and she enjoys singing blues tunes where she can belt them out. Her repertoire includes folk and pop tunes\, blues\, and Americana. She was influenced by her mother who sang and played piano and loved to play the 40’s jazz tunes such as Autumn Leaves and Pennies from Heaven\, along with many others. Pam is keeping those songs alive in her performances.\nJoe Sabatino is a 2nd generation harmonica player. Introduced to the harmonica at age three\, his father bought him one\, and then Joe proceeded to learn how to play it himself. Frank\, his father\, knew a wide range of songs that he had learned as a youth on trumpet\, in the Grant Town\, WV Union Hall Marching Band in the late 40s. Joe grew up listening to songs of that era\, portrayed on harmonica. This was a prime musical influence\, one of many revealed in his eclectic\, and unorthodox style.\nBring your friends and experience live music at its finest!
