SUMMARY:Bluegrass and Brews @ Elkins Depot
DESCRIPTION:We’re combining bluegrass and brews this summer in presenting our second annual train in conjunction with Big Timber Brewing Company of Elkins\, West Virginia. Enjoy a 75-minute train ride from Elkins to Nova Scotia Rocks and return onboard our enclosed and climate-controlled passenger train. Onboard\, you’ll be treated to Big Timber’s three most popular local brews: the Logger Lager Pilsner\, the Porter\, and its IPA. Big Timber representatives will be onboard to discuss the beer-making process and share with you the different hops and ingredients used to produce these West Virginia originals. \nIn-between brews\, you’ll unwind with local bluegrass talent as our train winds through the forests along the Tygart River. You must 21+ years of age to attend this event train. Price includes 75-minute train ride\, onboard entertainment and light food\, and three beers. A local brewery tour will be held after our train returns to the Elkins Depot for those interested in purchasing additional Big Timber products. Brewery tours are an additional $10 charge and can be added during checkout.
