Learn how to put in taps\, which trees work best\, and how we cook our syrup. Try your hand at using the refractometer to check for sugar content. Taste test maple syrup in the works. \nWear sturdy shoes and dress to be outdoors. Bring a brown bag lunch to enjoy in Carter House before heading home. Coffee\, hot tea provided. Rain or shine.
