For 30 years, classics, hot rods, and muscle cars have been cruising into Elkins every Fourth of July weekend. Railroad Avenue, Third Street and Davis Avenue becomes a spectacle of American muscle and classic hot rods during the Mountain State Street Machine Auto Extravaganza. This is by far the largest car event in Randolph County and the surrounding region!
Since 1984, Mountain State Street Machines has been bringing fun, entertainment, fireworks, prizes, delicious food and crafts from area vendors, and stunning new, unique, classic, and antique cars to the Elkins area for your enjoyment. There is nothing like free entertainment, good food, and a spectacular fireworks display to celebrate Independence Day.
