Downtown Elkins Bicycle Parade and Rodeo

9 am Registration City Hall Parking Lot
10 am Parade Davis Avenue, Fifth to Third Streets.
Rodeo immediately follows parade on Third Street at Joey’s Bike Shop. Free T-shirts for first 30 registrants age 12 & under.
Participants are invited to dress up and decorate bikes. Prizes will be awarded in six categories:
Wild Camo, Color Crazy, Super Hero, Flower Power, Sparkle & Shine and Mayor’s Choice.
Riders must wear helmets & closed toe shoes. Parent/Guardian signature required.
