Each year on the third weekend in June, Coalton is celebrated through the heritage and history of the small-town community. Orginially named Womelsdorf, thousands of residents, former residents, friends, relatives, and guests gather to celebrate the small town.
Carnival rides, contests, Vince Ross 5k run & walk, Veteran of Foreign Wars Post 5583 Flag Raising Ceremony, crafts, tractor pulls, entertainment, and concessions are just a few of the activites going on that week in the town of Coalton.
