Join the Soda Pop Gypsies at Beanders in downtown Elkins and show off your talent. The Soda pop Gypsies provide equipment you just bring what you need. This event happens every 3rd Saturday. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mic, if you have one).

Soda Pop Gypsies is a collective four piece band comprised of two guitars (electric/acoustic), a bass player, and a drummer. The ensemble is a collection of well known local musicians from around the surrounding areas. This band plays several venues in the tri-county area ranging from music festivals to benefits. Soda Pop Gypsies hosts several open mics throughout each month and can be seen at some of your favorite spots around Randolph County. The band was formed by an impromptu jam session and evolved into what is known as an eclectic mix of all genres and decades. They get their inspiration mostly from a bands such as The Band of Heathens, Tracy Chapman, Stone Temple Pilots, and Fleetwood Mac. The Soda Pop Gypsies play a mix that has a little something for everyone to appreciate and enjoy.
