Wonder and Grow Summer Celebration

Come join Wonder & Grow’s Mindful Outdoor Guides to celebrate summer as we soak in the sun and this season of life!
We will enjoy time in our bodies with yoga and natural movement, experience an empowering meditation, enjoy a mindful nature walk, and community connection, and invite participants to bring a dish to share as we close our time with a potluck!
