Come join Wonder & Grow’s Mindful Outdoor Guides for a Winter Solstice Experience as we enjoy the warmth of the season and celebrate the longest night of the year.
We will enjoy time around a fire, an introduction to sensory meditation, a mindful walk, community connection, and light refreshments!
