West Virginia School of Traditional Skills
The West Virginia School of Traditional Skills is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, that works with other businesses and organizations to provide experiential education using creation to empower people to reconnect with nature. We provide on site classes for small groups in animal husbandry, planting, harvesting, and preserving your own food through gardening with and without high tunnels, sustainable farming, forest farming, herbalism, hunting, fishing, self sufficiency, and much more. What sets us apart is our commitment to providing hands-on experiences that go beyond the classroom. From interactive workshops to immersive field trips, each experience is carefully curated to offer insights and techniques that you won’t find anywhere else.
