All Veterans Memorial Park

Railroad Ave, Elkins, WV 26241

The All Veterans Memorial Park is a complex of several memorials located in downtown Elkins on Railroad Avenue at the intersection with Randolph and Harrison Avenues. The Memorial is dedicated to all veterans who “served their country honorably and faithfully in war and peace”.

The original “All Veterans” memorial was built in 1993, and with two additions in 2025: the Rosie the Riveter Statue and the Elkins God Star Memorial.

The “Rosie the Riveter” statue honors the local women who worked in factories, shipyards, and other essential services during World War 2. The 6-foot, 3-inch statue features a plaque with the names of local “Rosies”.

The Gold Star Families Memorial Monument honors those who have lost loved ones in the line of service. The memorial consists of a two-sided black granite monument, and three granite benches that make a perfect spot for quiet reflection.
