An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Monday and Tuesday, repeating until May 5, 2026
Classes are BOTH DAYS – May 4th and 5th. You may choose the 1-4pm or 5-8pm time slots, and you will attend both days during that time. It is possible to attend the first day and not the second, but it is NOT possible to attend the second day without attending the first.
May 4th – Science of Canning and Boiling Water Canning
May 5th – Pressure Canning
Cost: $10 for each two-day session (payment is due by April 30th to WVU Extension office)
