Have you ever tasted maple water straight from the tree? Join David for an interactive tour of how we make our small batch maple syrup

Guests will walk the property with David along old logging roads to see the different kinds of trees he has tapped. Learn how to put in taps, which trees work best, and how we cook our syrup. Try your hand at using the refractometer to check for sugar content. Taste test maple syrup in the works.
Wear sturdy shoes and dress to be outdoors. Bring a brown bag lunch to enjoy in Carter House before heading home. Coffee, hot tea provided. Rain or shine.
