Wee Miss: 13-24 months
Tiny Miss: 25-36 months
Mini Miss: 3-4 years

Contestants must reside in Randolph, Barbour, Tucker, Upshur, Pendleton, Pocahontas, Grant or Webster County’s. To enter: follow the post in the discussion area. You must turn in an application, pay a fee and send a photogenic photo.
