Based at The Railyard Event Center in Elkins, West Virginia, this event is designed for beginners, first-time rally participants, and experienced adventurers looking for a more relaxed and approachable course.

Expect a scenic route through the mountains of West Virginia without the extreme terrain or vehicle requirements found at our most challenging events. The focus is on navigation, teamwork, exploration, and enjoying the journey—not tackling the hardest obstacles.

Looking for adventure without tackling the hardest course?
The 2027 24 Hours of the Mon will feature an easier route designed for stock trucks, SUVs, and big adventure motorcycles.
Truck/SUV Requirements:
• 29-inch minimum tire size
• 35-inch maximum tire size
• All-terrain or mud-terrain tires required
• Self-recovery capability required
Adventure Motorcycle Requirements:
• Big-bike friendly
• 50/50 tires required
Expect flowing gravel roads, twisty single-lane pavement, and mild dirt sections through the Monongahela National Forest region.
This is a great opportunity to test your navigation skills, pace management, endurance, and planning—without needing a heavily modified vehicle.
