Amelio’s Trail and Obstacle Course Challenge

Amelio’s Trail and Obstacle Course Challenge will be held at Dakan Arena on July 30th starting at 10:00 AM. Entry Fee $35.00 Message EZ RANCH LLC for registration. Payable through Venmo @EZRANCHLLC or PayPal zrwatson50@gmail.com Must Pre Register by July 25th.
This benefit event goes directly to Amelio’s training and care. He was rescued by Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue on a starvation case in Kentucky. Since then he has been in foster care with Heart of Phoenix. This year he was selected to be in the Appalachian Trainer Face-Off. Appalachian Trainer Face Off is a Heart of Phoenix event which takes horses without much hope for adoption and pairs them with a trainer. The trainer then has 100 days to train the horse that other wise might have not had much hope. After the 100 days, there is a 3-day competition in Winfield WV to showcase the horse. On the final day, the horse will be adopted out to their forever home.
Amelio’s Trail and Obstacle Course Challenge will have 3 different classes to compete in.
Youth- Walk, Trot, Canter
Novice- Walk, Trot only. Anyone can compete in Novice if not cantering.
