2:00 PM – Mountain Medicine & Farm Experience
Laurel Fork Farm and special guest Mountain Man Apothecary have teamed up to bring you a one-of-a-kind Appalachian adventure. Join us for a guided two-hour walk through our regenerative mountain farm and along the Mountain Medicine Trail, where you’ll discover Appalachian medicinal plants, learn their traditional uses, learn about a real working regenerative farm and it’s rich history, enjoy a seasonal taste of the farm, and stroll with our miniature donkeys. After the tour, browse handcrafted herbal tinctures, salves, and locally made artisan goods to take a little piece of Appalachia home with you.
4:00 PM – Bird of Prey Presentation
Then buckle up for an unforgettable Bird of Prey Presentation with Laurel Fork Falconry! Experience the fascinating world of hawks, falcons, owls, and other incredible raptors during this engaging, educational presentation that will leave you with a whole new appreciation for these majestic birds.
