First Course – Crab Cake: Jumbo lump crab tossed with herbs, spices, cream, and coated with bread crumbs, then sautéed. Served with three mustard cream and lime yogurt.
Second Course – Sea Scallops: Baked with lemon garlic butter, bread crumbs, and cheese. Served with a fresh corn tomato salad and pink grapefruit aioli.
Third Course – Clam Chowder: A creamy mixture of fresh cherry stone clams, celery, onions, herbs, and spices, served with crostini.
Fourth Course – Baby Summer Greens: Fresh greens tossed in a navel orange vinaigrette, grape heirloom tomatoes, fresh strawberries, feta cheese, blackened shrimp, and poppy seed cracker.
Fifth Course – Sorbet: Meyer lemon and key lime.
Sixth Course – Almond Crusted Grouper: Sautéed with lemon, butter, parsley, and tossed with a remoulade sauce. Served with lobster ravioli, brandy cream, and asiago.
