Elkins Main Street Downtown Trick or Treat

More than 1,000 ghosts and goblins are expected in downtown Elkins for the annual Elkins Main Street Downtown Trick-or-Treat event.
Elkins Main Street is inviting children ages 12 and under to participate in the Halloween fun. Between 5pm and 6 pm., 25 businesses, including merchants, restaurants, offices and banks, are expected to participate in the fun, offering treats to youngsters dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes.
