First Course – Roasted lamb chops encrusted with mustard and breadcrumbs, served with horseradish Soubise.
Second Course – Matelote de Poisson au Riesling (a delicate fish stew) with sole, green mussels, white wine, and heavy cream.
Third Course – Potato and leek soup with chive crème fraîche, black pepper, and crostini.
Fourth Course – Champagne and grape sorbet.
Fifth Course – Sautéed veal scaloppini with brandy and morel mushroom cream sauce, and potato-onion gratin.
Sixth Course – Baby greens tossed in an apple cider vinaigrette with pickled shallots, sliced brie, roasted tomatoes, strawberries, and toasted walnuts.
