The Elkins History Talks will be given at Kump Education Center at 7 p.m. in the Optimum Learning Lab beside the old garage. On Oct. 21, Rob Whetsell will describe the Early History of Elkins, and on Nov. 11 Heather Biola will talk about H.G. Kump’s time as Mayor of Elkins when the City got its 1920’s state-of-the-art water system.
