Step into the heart of the French Quarter without leaving the mountains of West Virginia.
The Forks invites you to experience a New Orleans Chef’s Table, where the bold, soulful flavors of the Big Easy meet the warmth of Appalachian hospitality. This seven-course tasting menu is a celebration of rich Louisiana traditions, blending Cajun and Creole influences with impeccable technique and fresh, vibrant ingredients.
Expect dishes that embody the heart and soul of New Orleans cuisine, from a crispy, golden-fried shrimp Po’ Boy to the deep, smoky richness of a classic Chicken Gumbo. Each course is thoughtfully curated to highlight bold flavors, with an optional wine pairing selected to elevate the experience.
At The Forks, we believe food is about more than just eating, it’s about storytelling, connection, and the kind of hospitality that makes a meal unforgettable. Tickets are $110 per guest
First Course ~ Po’ Boy
Fried shrimp on a soft toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, and lime-cilantro mayo.
Second Course ~ Crab Bites
Served with a chili and green onion dipping sauce.
Third Course ~ Chicken Gumbo
A rich gumbo with sausage, crème fraîche, and warm bread.
Fourth Course ~ Sunburst Salad
Mixed greens with dried cranberries soaked in port wine, blue cheese, raspberry vinaigrette, and toasted almonds.
Fifth Course ~ Strawberry Jam Sorbet
A refreshing palate cleanser.
Sixth Course ~ Blackened Red fish
Red drum, served with crawfish étouffée and red beans & rice.
Seventh Course ~ Bananas Foster
Sliced bananas caramelized with brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and rum. Served with a beignet and pecan praline.
