Davis & Elkins College Theatre & Film Program presents CINDERELLA!
The timeless enchantment of the magical fairy tale is reborn with the Rodgers & Hammerstein hallmarks of originality, charm and elegance. A kind young woman, forced into a life of servitude by her cruel stepmother and stepsisters, dreams of a better life. With the magical assistance of her Fairy Godmother, she is transformed and granted a chance to attend the royal ball and meet the Prince, though the spell will break at midnight. Fleeing in haste, she leaves behind a single glass slipper, prompting the Prince to search the kingdom for the foot that fits, ultimately leading him to his true love.
