Learn how to fill, roll, and enjoy your very own vegetarian sushi roll dinner with Japanese English instructor, Paula Kaufman!
Cutting boards, knives, sushi roll mats, and all other supplies will be provided.
Filling options: carrots, cucumber, avocado, bell peppers, banana peppers, and corn.

Location: 2 Park Street, Elkins, WV, in the Great Hall.
Parking: Parking is available in front of Elkins City Park. Please do not park in Broughton’s lot.
