On 11/24/24, immerse yourself in a 7-course tasting experience inspired by the street food of Bangkok. Each course is crafted with the bold, aromatic flavors that make Thai cuisine a global favorite, from spicy curries to fresh, tangy salads and everything in between. This is not just a meal, it’s an exploration of Thailand’s diverse culinary landscape.
Menu Highlights:
First Course: Kaeng Luang – Yellow curry with lemongrass, wild rice noodles, and grilled river prawns.
Second Course: Hoi Tod – Thai omelet with green onion, garlic, crispy fried oysters, and chili mayo.
Third Course: Khao Soi – Coconut curry soup with egg noodles, shrimp, crab, and mahi.
Fourth Course: Yum Salad – Pounded vegetables, green papaya, cabbage, cucumber, corn and bean sprouts with lime chili vinaigrette and peanuts.
Fifth Course: Sorbet – Spicy lemongrass.
Sixth Course: Gaeng Kiew Wan Gai – Green curry with coconut milk, Thai fried rice, basil, chicken satay, and soy chili sauce.
Seventh Course: Sticky Rice with Mango – Fresh mango, toasted almonds, and sweet cream.
Tickets are $100 per person
Optional wine pairing will also be available.
