Join us for an exquisite culinary journey at the Toscana Golden Land Chef’s Table on Sunday, July 28th. We are thrilled to present a meticulously crafted seven-course menu, showcasing the finest ingredients and the artistry of our renowned Chef Stalnaker. With a passion for innovative cuisine and a dedication to culinary excellence, Chef Stalnaker has designed each course to delight your senses and create an unforgettable dining experience.
Tuscany, a region celebrated for its stunning landscapes, rich history, and extraordinary culinary traditions, serves as the inspiration for our evening. This region is also famed for its vineyards, producing some of the world’s most esteemed wines such as Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino. Tuscan cuisine is renowned for its simplicity and high-quality ingredients, with dishes often featuring fresh, local produce, olive oil, and aromatic herbs which we will replicate from our beautiful setting in the hills of West Virginia.
Every dish you’ll enjoy tonight is made completely from scratch in-house, a testament to our commitment to authenticity and quality. From handmade pastas to freshly prepared sauces, Chef Stalnaker and his team ensure that every element of your meal is crafted with care and precision.

First Course:
Ravioli filled with ricotta, prosciutto, and roasted chicken with a fennel oregano cream sauce.
Second Course:
Gnocchi sautéed and tossed with basil pesto and shaved parmesan.
Third Course:
Mussels in broth served with mozzarella and dill stuffed tortellini.
Fourth Course:
Crisp romaine tossed with chicken, carrot, celery, parsley, walnuts, and raisins with a lemon vinaigrette.
Fifth Course:
Sorbet: Lemon
Sixth Course:
Sautéed veal scallopini with Marsala wine demi-glace, porcini mushrooms, and saffron risotto.
Seventh Course:
Tiramisu with zabaione and strawberries.
