Thunder in the Mountains,” the Elkins Raceway, located in Kerens, is a 3/8 mile semi-banked oval dirt track located in the wild and wonderful mountains of West Virginia. Operating season is from April to early October on Friday nights. Racing on Friday night features Jenkins Ford Super Late Models, Budweiser FASTRAK Crate Late Models, Fast N Friendly Pharmacy Modifieds, Miller’s Used Cars Street Stocks, High Lines Mod-Lites, & Darren’s Pizza Shack Mini-Wedges.
