Myles Center for the Arts
100 Campus Drive, Elkins, WV 26241
Inside Myles Center for the Arts on the campus of Davis & Elkins College, the creative arts are celebrated. From the 1,140-seat Harper-McNeeley Auditorium with its beautiful seating and state-of-the-art sound system to the unique collection of centuries-old artifacts of The Darby Collection, Myles Center is rejuvenating the arts not only for the campus community but for the region.
Included in the Center is The Stirrup Gallery museum, home of The Darby Collection. And, upstairs, the rotating exhibits of the Paull Gallery enhance the Center with open dance and exhibit space. Ask the Stirrup Gallery for more information about what type of exhibit is on display.
The Myles Center of the Arts serves the community and the region as the largest performance venue in the area. From classical performances by the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra to popular concerts, Harper-McNeeley has showcased some of the best performances in the area. During the summer, the Auditorium comes alive with the exciting sounds of the Augusta Heritage Center’s Concert Series, the College’s internationally recognized center for traditional arts and music.
