The Treehouse, part of the Cheat River Lodge and Cabins, is a contemporary cedar home, etched into the hillside, overlooking the beautiful Cheat River which is only a stone’s throw away. Nestled in the trees, the floor to ceiling glass offers a dramatic view of the river. The open, airy feeling of the saltbox design, cathedral ceiling, stone fireplace (with quality gas logs) will provide a comfortable place to watch Mother Nature work her magic.

After a day filled with adventure, a furnished wrap around deck and private hot tub offers a wonderful outdoor area to relax and gather. The Treehouse is complete with picnic table, outdoor chairs, and floor fans. A kitchen, fully equipped with all of the essentials to include a charcoal barbecue grill will assist with meal preparation.

Nicely appointed on the interior, the dinnerware is coordinated with the décor. It has a bedroom on the main floor with a queen, and a spacious loft with a queen and single. The Treehouse is complete with all the modern conveniences: forced air heat, air conditioning, and cable TV. Additional fans, charcoal barbecue grill, and picnic table are also provided.
