Augusta Heritage Festival

Elkins City Park, Elkins, WV 26241

This festival is an annual celebration of traditional music, dance, and craft, the grand finale to our summer class sessions. The festivities take place in the tree-shaded Elkins City Park. The Augusta Festival includes a juried craft fair featuring the best regional artisans, live music on two stages, workshops, craft demonstrations, jam sessions, and children’s activities. This family-friendly event is free and open to the public, rain or shine.

Ongoing throughout the day will be open bluegrass, classic country, and old-time jams.
Later in the evening, join us for the inaugural “Augusta Block Party Honky Tonk” featuring Augusta artists from all over the country. This event will take place on Kerens avenue in front of El Gran Sabor and promises to be the homecoming you’ve been waiting for.
Donations gladly accepted and enable us to plan future vibrant community events.
