New Route Along the Underground Railroad? Black Lives Along the Staunton-Parkersburg Turnpike

This Facebook livestream will tell stories of Freedom from Beverly and Randolph County along the road going through both – the Turnpike between Staunton, VA and Parkersburg, WV.
The Underground Railroad in West Virginia is still very much a mystery. Our hope here is to tell new stories about our region in this time period.
