Allegheny Highlands Tours was founded on the idea that West Virginia travel should be fun, educational and affordable for everyone, while also being enjoyable for group leaders and tour companies. That is why our mission is to provide quality tours at reasonable prices with outstanding service.
West Virginia natives Jeff and Lisa Caplinger are the owner of Allegheny Highlands Tours. Jeff and Lisa also own tour companies in Charleston, SC; Boston, MA; and Tuscany, Italy. In addition, they own All About Destinations, which is an international group travel company. With over 50 combined years of group travel experience, Jeff and Lisa are very knowledgeable about the special needs of groups traveling to West Virginia.
Jeff was born in Elkins and has extensive knowledge of the Allegheny Highlands and surrounding areas. You won’t find anyone more knowledgeable about West Virginia, travel and touring than Jeff.
