Our facilities are perfect for a wide variety of special occasions. Our historic mansions, including Halliehurst and Graceland, are unmatched locations for weddings, receptions and other significant celebrations. The Robert C. Byrd Conference Center can handle groups of up to 100 people, with or without overnight accommodations, making D&E the area’s premiere full-service conference facility. But we offer much more, classrooms, galleries, the list is extensive.
To ensure every meeting’s success, D&E Hospitality Services provides full-service conference support, from planning to courier service the day of your event. Whether a small retreat for staff in one of our historic properties or a larger, multi-room conference, we can provide all the necessities. The Robert C. Byrd Conference Center provides business-class lodging, executive-style conference rooms, as well as a large meeting room for 75 – 100 attendees with wireless access, teleconferencing options and a wide range of possible setups. On-site catering is also available to provide everything from breakfast breaks to evening coffee.
