Elkins Jazz Walk

Presented by Elkins Main Street, the Elkins Jazz Walk is a community-wide, festival-like, live music event featuring musical artists performing at various locations along downtown Elkins historic district.

An evening of outstanding jazz entertainment is in store for the community and visitors at this annually held event. Normally held on the First Friday in August, the event will feature four jazz groups at four downtown Elkins live music venues. Beautiful jazz is often accompanied with strong drinks and good friends. Enjoy the Elkins Jazz Walk responsibly by walking to each venue or taking our free shuttle service, running continuously from 7-11pm.

Elkins Jazz Walk is an exciting and important cultural venture for the community. Inspired by the rich legacy of music and art in Elkins, the Elkins Jazz Walk was launched in 2014 by a collaboration of Elkins Main Street, the West Virginia Jazz Society and several area businesses.

Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Elkins Main Street office, or at the door of each performance venue.
