More than 15 years ago, Goodwill retail stores opened in North Central West Virginia with the expectation that rehabilitative services would be available that support both the individual and the community. An affiliate of Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania, we serve nine counties in West Virginia (Barbour, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Monogalia, Preston, Randolph, Taylor and Upshur).
Today our Workforce Development Center is located in a suite of offices attached to the Morgantown Goodwill Retail Store. We provide vocational training and assessment; job try-outs; and we assist with job finding and provide supports once a person is employed.
