An easy 15 minute drive to Beverly, or 25 minute drive to Elkins and within a hour from Snowshoe, a hour and half from Canaan Valley or Timberline resort ski areas.
The property has a 1 acre stocked pond. It features a covered pavilion with a swing and fire pit. A canoe is available for fishing or a relaxing ride around the water.
Privately managed deer herd: Property is great for avid hunters with 3 – 8’x10′ enclosed deer stands available. Private hunting for guests only. Property adjoins Monongahela National Forest.
