The space

You have a full kitchen with a four burner propane stove and oven, small fridge, air fryer/toaster oven, full sink, French press, tea kettle, cookware, utensils, oils and spices. Rest comfortably in a queen bed in a sunny loft that you can sit up in (no standing). We provide hypoallergenic bedding and organic cotton linens. There is a full shower, sink, and composting toilet. Hot water is on-demand. There is a living room with a convertible chair that turns into a twin-sized bed suitable for a older child/young adult. There is also a sitting bench and fold-down table. You also have a smaller loft that’s accessible from a ladder that is usable as a reading nook or extra storage space. Heat is provided by infrared space heaters and propane Dickinson marine heater. There is a ceiling fan. We supply a crystal infrared healing mat with tourmaline and topaz for aches and pains. This space, even though it’s private, is uphill 450 feet from a four-lane. You can’t see it from the tiny house, except for in the winter at the edge of the drive, but you can hear it at times. Yes, there are stairs to climb. There is no TV.
