The Elkins Depot Welcome Center, CVB Inc. dba Elkins-Randolph County Tourism Convention and Visitors Bureau is the official visitors center of Randolph County, West Virginia. The organization is a 501(C)3 non-profit corporation with the mission to “positively impact the area’s economy by marketing it as a premier tourist destination.”

The CVB is funded by a portion of the 6% lodging tax (according to WV State Code 7-18-1) collected by the City of Elkins and Randolph County Commission from county lodging facilities.

The CVB is governed by a 15-member board of directors, made up of funding partners from various sectors of the county’s tourism industry. Daily operations of the CVB and Welcome Center are managed by 3 full-time staff and more than a dozen volunteers.
